File a Complaint
If you experience any issues with utility services, you can submit a complaint through the following channels.

Include a short description of the issue, the service provider involved, and any supporting documents. You may choose to remain anonymous.

You may provide your details or file the complaint anonymously if you prefer.

Submit your complaint directly through this page.
What Happens Next
We will review your complaint, investigate the issue, and follow up with you within 03 days if contact details are provided. Anonymous complaints will still be assessed based on the information available.
