URA Conducts Information Session in L. Gan on Utility Regulation
Utility Regulatory Authority conducted information sessions in L. Gan focusing on its roles and responsibilities in regulating utility services. The sessions covered the regulatory framework for the energy, waste, water, and sewerage sectors. Participants were also briefed on permits and standards enforced by the Authority across the relevant sectors. In addition, discussions highlighted key sustainability practices applicable to utility services. The initiative aimed to improve public awareness and understanding of regulatory functions and sustainable resource management.
